In 2003, Dave came to work at Harper, Ramos & Sheridan. He joined his mother-in-law, Karen Chapman (formerly Ramos), to work as a team to best serve their clients. In 2008, Dave bought into ownership of Harper, Ramos & Sheridan. Together, Karen and Dave now own Harper, Ramos & Sheridan. Prior to real estate, Dave received his undergraduate degree and Master's degree from Assumption College and had a successful career in the Human Services and Human Resource field. Dave credits this educational background and previous work experience for his ability to ask the right questions in order to learn exactly what his client's needs and expectations are. With this information Dave creates a custom marketing plan for all his clients and continually surpasses their expectations. Dave represents buyers and sellers in all of RI and Southeastern MA. He especially enjoys being an expert in the East Bay real estate market, particularly in Bristol and Warren's historic and waterfront homes.
Dave resides in Bristol with his wife Jill and son Jack. When not working, Dave can be found walking in downtown Bristol with the whole family, sailing on the Bay, or taking a trip up north to ski in the winter...but he is always available to his clients by phone.
