Jen brings over thirty years of property management experience to Harper, Ramos & Sheridan. In addition to purchasing, remodeling and renting her own properties, she has assisted many others in evaluating and purchasing their homes. Her knowledge of construction and plumbing, heating, and electrical systems has been an invaluable asset to her clients. Attention to detail and 24/7 accessibility have been her trademarks in all of her client relationships. Jen's skills have been honed by both education and experience. Her degrees include both an Undergraduate Degree in Social Work and a Master's Degree in Education. In addition, she has worked with young and old through her teaching experiences and her case management with an elderly care agency. Jen has lived in the East Bay area for over thirty years. She grew up in Pawtucket, currently lives in East Providence, and spends her summers in the Touisset area of Warren. Her hobbies include tracing her own and her husband's Irish, Italian and Portuguese ancestry. One recent discovery was a name change in 1937 from Falcao to Falcon. Jen holds dual Irish/American citizenship.
